System.Object
   DirectSend

public class DirectSend

Remarks

This class will send an email without the need for a relay server. aspNetEmail will perform a MX Record lookup, based upon the first 'TO' address of the email. If a mail server is found, aspNetEmail will send the messages to that mail server. Because of the complexities of queueing, bounce backs, NDRs, network issues, etc, it is recommended that only one 'TO' address be used at a time. To send an email to more than one 'TO' address, use the EmailMessage class for sending email through a relay server.

Example

[C#]
             DirectSend.Send( "me@mycompany.com", "you@yourcompany.com", "Your Email Subject Here", "Your Email Body Here", MailFormat.Text );

[Visual Basic]
             DirectSend.Send( "me@mycompany.com", "you@yourcompany.com", "Your Email Subject Here", "Your Email Body Here", MailFormat.Text )
